Thanksgiving is almost here! Which means another holiday centered around food. I’ve collected some delicious plant based recipes to help you survive (and enjoy!) a vegan Thanksgiving! 💃

For the easiest and healthiest option, steam or roast your favorite veggies. Try a wide variety of colorful vegetables for a beautiful plate.

My Vegan Thanksgiving Menu

Full disclosure: not everyone enjoyed the homemade vegan turkey. 🙈 The flavor and texture was pretty good, and my second attempt working with seitan went much better than the first time! However, I’m finding that homemade plant based meats take a bit of practice (and a lot of open-mindedness!)

But, that’s why I love plant based cooking–I constantly get to experiment and have fun with it!
